Once we have staff capacity and the monitoring and evaluation work is shared I think it makes sense to review the following question(s):
Are certificate holders engaging in a way that didn't show in the initial monitoring and evaluation?
If certificate holders were engaging in some area is there a better way to document impact?
Can certificate holders help FSCUS document impact and monitoring with additional datasets?
if certificate holders are engaging in ways that didn't show up in the initial monitoring and evaluation. I think that there may be some case studies here as to areas that certificate holders are engaging that is worth documenting when the time comes. I would also like to see this happen prior to any discussions of revising risk or changing mitigation options if possible. Focusing on what was done and the outcomes and if there were or were not gaps seems like an important first focus area.
