The output of the 2018 meetings, while imperfect in many ways, succeeded in providing a feasible framework for implementation. The output document (the report), however, is a bit of a mess. Much too long, with extensive duplications and overlaps. Very difficult to understand and use. Whether we are able to improve the content or not, I hope that we can produce a much better result this time. Shorter, more clear, and designed for practical understanding and implementation.
